We went through a complete renovation of our condominium at the Freemason Harbor in Norfolk. The building has strict rules regarding working hours, dust control, and bringing construction materials through the establishment. Mr. Mulligan and his crew worked seamlessly with the Association Manager and kept everyone happy! Our project required additional construction experience due to the metal stud walls and concrete slab floors. Mr. Mulligan demolished many walls, the old kitchen, and the old bathroom. The electrical system was upgraded and new dimmable LED lights were installed throughout. A beautiful new kitchen and bathroom was installed. Daniel had many tasteful solutions to challenges we encountered during the installations. The workmanship and professional attitude was phenomenal!
